Online Purchasing Provisions

These Online Purchasing Provisions are part of the Avcomm Solutions, hereafter referred to as "Avcomm", Website Terms & Conditions and becomes part of the "Agreement" between User and Avcomm.

Purchasing

Users are able to make on-line product purchases from this website for delivery to locations in the United States of America.

If product is required to be delivered to a location outside the United States, please contact Avcomm for special consideration. The ability to ship product to locations outside the United States varies by manufacturer and product line, and is at the sole discretion of Avcomm.

Pricing

Prices displayed on the Avcomm website are displayed in U.S. dollars. While Avcomm attempts to ensure that listed website prices are accurate, errors may occur. If Avcomm discovers an ordered product price error, Avcomm will give Users the option of reconfirming the order at the correct price, or canceling the order.If Avcomm is unable to contact User to correct a price error, Avcomm will treat the order as cancelled.

Payment

Avcomm allows for Terms of Payment for pre-approved accounts. User must complete and submit the Avcomm Solutions Customer Application form to apply for and request Terms of Payment account consideration.

Avcomm also accepts credit card payments and accepts the following credit cards for online purchasing:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

The provided credit card will be charged once stock availability has been confirmed and the order is ready to ship.

Sales Tax

Avcomm charges applicable taxes (on the cost of product and shipping), for product shipped to locations in certain states, applicable sales tax will be added to the final amount charged. Avcomm charges taxes as required by applicable laws.

Product Availability

All shipments are subject to product availability. If a product is backordered by Avcomm, Avcomm will contact User with information about the product backorder situation, and allow Users the option of accepting the delayed ship date, or canceling the order. If Avcomm is unable to contact User to resolve the backorder situation, Avcomm will treat the order as accepting the delayed ship date.

Shipping; Risk of Loss; Security Interest

Free shipping for online orders over $75.00 is offered within the contiguous U.S. only and cannot be offered to accounts with volume discount programs/pricing in place. For order totals between $25.01-$75.00, we offer UPS Ground shipping within the contiguous U.S. at a flat rate of $7.95. For order totals $0.00-$25.00, we ship via USPS within the contiguous U.S. at a flat rate of $3.95.

Delivery times are estimates only and we shall not be liable for delays.

Expedited shipping quotes may be requested with Avcomm directly and the costs are at User's expense. The cost will be added to the total amount, once stock has been confirmed and order is shipping. Please click here if you'd like a quote for expedited shipping.

Risk of loss is upon User once product is delivered to the shipping carrier.

Avcomm retains a security interest in the products until payment in full is received.

Tracking

At the time of order shipment, Avcomm will email a receipt containing the tracking information to the email address provided by User. With this information, Users are able to track the status of the order shipment through the carrier's website.

Return Policy

If permitted by the manufacturer's return policy, product may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

A Return Merchandise Authorization, "RMA" must be obtained from Avcomm prior to return of any product to Avcomm. Please call 833-481-3142 to obtain an RMA number. The cost of original product shipment to User and cost of product shipment back to Avcomm is at the expense of User.

The following requirements must be met to qualify for a product return:

  1. Return Material Authorization (RMA) number is requested within 30 Days of the date of original product shipment from Avcomm to User.
  2. Product is received back from User undamaged and in new condition (no signs of product use exist).
  3. Product is received back from User in the original and undamaged packaging.
  4. Product is received back from User with all documentation, and all documentation is undamaged.

The product refund will be allocated once product is received by Avcomm and determined to have met the requirements of the program. If the original product purchase was with a Credit Card, Avcomm will allocate credit to the credit card used for purchase. If the original product purchase was through an account, Avcomm will allocate the credit to the account.

Avcomm reserves the right to refuse return of any product that does not meet the above return requirements, at Avcomm Solutions's sole discretion.

Out of Box Product Failure Return Program

Avcomm offers a 30 day Out of Box Failure - Product Return Program, if the following requirements are met:

  1. Out of Box Failure is communicated to Avcomm within 30 Days of the date of product shipment from Avcomm.
  2. Product is received back from User undamaged. Product that is damaged is not considered an "Out of Box Failure".
  3. Product is returned in the original packaging with all documentation.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Users who wish to cancel or modify an order need to send an email as soon as possible to sales@avcommsolutions.com or contact Avcomm at 833-481-3142.

While Avcomm will make every effort to accommodate the User Change/Cancellation request, once an order has shipped, the purchase cannot be cancelled or modified.

Cancellation shall not relieve User's duty to pay for products shipped or expenses incurred by Avcomm prior to such notice. If an order is cancelled prior to shipment, User's sole remedy and Avcomm's sole obligation will be a full refund of the purchase price paid for the product.
